"The bed mattress ruin the experience for a nice establishment."

The breakfast offered a good selection and was accessible to all.

The mattress on the bed was terrible, and it needs to be replaced. I spent the entire night turning and twisting, and the sofa was in foul shape as well, so there was no alternative.

Did not receive housekeeping service. We asked for towels when we find out they only clean rooms every other day. We never receive any cleaning service. Trash never got dump.

"Treated like family!"

We had to travel for a solemn occasion. The staff and service at this property brightened our staff. We were always greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos. But our morning breakfast and conversations with Genene really made us feel like we were an extended family. Her food was amazing, and she went above and beyond for my Dad who is 89. When we return to Florence, we will stay here again.Thank you to the entire staff,but especially Genene!❤️
