Right in front of MRT station and the waterfront promenade on the other side. Clean and tidy hotel, good facilities and the room was cosy. Breakfast was pretty complete.

Very comfortable and great harbour view, staff at check-in were very helpful.

Rather expensive for the size of room and location.

Excellent services, staff are very friendly and overall make me feel comfortable. L22 lounge is very good too with nice view Good supply are of surprise and nice that I think it above tho other hotel offering …I spend my birthday here and they arrange some special for for as complimentary gift

We recently spent 7 nights at the Hyatt Centric to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. What a wonderful hotel it is. We booked a Deluxe King room with a Harbour view and Victoria Harbour Lounge access. I have to say it surpassed my expectations. The hotel is sat on Victoria Harbour, so you do need to book a room with a view to appreciate it. The hotel still feels new. It is absolutely spotless inside, from all entrances. (There are a few). Although if you take a taxi there, the driver will take you to the main entrance. We were directed up to Harbour Lounge while we were waiting for our room to be prepared, we were met by Cassie. Cassie had already been in touch before we left the UK to enquire about our arrival time and inform us that we would be able to use the facilities at the Harbour Lounge while we were waiting. Our booking included breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. We were looked after by Sharon in the Harbour Lounge, such a lovely lady who makes you feel extremely welcome, we could have stayed there all day. When we got back to our room, there was a bottle of wine and a birthday cake courtesy of Sharon. It really was a lovely gesture. Our room was fabulous on the 21st floor. Spacious and luxurious, and kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team. A quick shout out to Apple, who looked after our room while we were out and about and making sure everything was re-stocked and for the lovely birthday greeting for my husband. We spent many evenings in Cruise, the restaurant at the top of the hotel. The food is delicious. We booked Holy Crab Thusday as a birthday treat. It did not disappoint, possibly the best meal we had while we were there. Thank you to JV and Jeffrey at Cruise, who work tirelessly. All of the staff at the Hyatt Centric are happy to help and polite and are a credit to the hotel, the staff who I have named personally, we dealt with more often and helped to make our stay memorable. I realise this is a long review, but we were so happy with our stay that we felt it needed a little more than just the 5* we have given it. Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt Centric, Victoria Harbour.

One of the best service experiences i have had. The hotel is beautifully architected and modern. The infinity pool and fitness center have spectacular views of Victoria Bay. We stayed in the bay view rooms and it was worth it the upgrade. Breakfast buffet was good and had many options and types of cruisines. One Duck Lane is a very good restaurant, has harbor views, and the duck is delicious and fairly close to the Beijing Duck recipe and flavor. Farmhouse deli is good and reasonably priced. I would like to call out all employees, but especially Myra and AJ for their helpfulness and professionalism. Management and employees are aligned im providing exceptional services and assistance to customers. Highly recommended

AJ was very helpful. Hotel is very clean and modern, close to MTR. Would recommend.
