To the staff at St Regis downtown Dubai As a 58 male so called African America from Chicago I never experienced such hostility, kindness, in my life. Thanks you for making my first trip off the American continent a delight. I was able to save and visit the great city Dubai and stay a luxury hotel and experience happiness on another level . "Short but sweet stay"

Our short stay at the St. Regis was great! Check in took no more than 5 mins and is where we were notified of our upgraded room. The room was clean, spacious, with a nice view of the canal. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was excellent (tasty food, nice size portions, friendly service).

St Regis was very attentive to our group. They up keep of this hotel was top tier. The signature fragrance was amazing. As soon as I got home, I ordered their diffuser set. Their breakfast, although expensive, was delicious. The spa was beautiful. Butler service was always on time. My suite was overlooking the water with a gorgeous view. It was a beautiful room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
