Very welcoming, fantastic communication, very helpful when we needed information with regaeds to nearest train station, which bus to catch. We were made to feel very welcome. Our room was a good size, clean abd comfortable. I would definitely stay here the next time i visit Munich..... which will hopefully be April 2023 with my husband to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary.

Die Mitarbeiter von der Frühstücksabteilung waren sehr nett und freundlich, doch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption könnten freundlicher und motivierter sein. Bei der Ausfahrt von der Parkgarage muss man immer bei der Rezeption ein Ticket holen, das war ein bisschen mühsam.
