Please notify the hotel if you arrive more than 2 hours later than the initially indicated arrival time. Children under 6 years old can stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Opening hours of public bath: 06:00-10:00 in the morning and 15:00-02:00 (next day). A seasonal outdoor swimming pool is available for an additional charge and open only during summer, July 4- September 21 between 9:00-22:00. The terrace is available for guests to use all year round. There is an additional charge to use the pool: Adult: YEN 1500 per hour on weekdays, YEN 2000 on weekends and holidays. Child: YEN 1000 per hour on weekdays, YEN 1000 on weekends and holidays. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. "Prima hotel maar naïef in ontbijtpakket voorziening"

Tokyo is een fantastische stad en daar hoort een fantastisch hotel bij en dat was dit hotel. We hadden de mooiste kamer waar ik ooit heb verbleven, erg groot, met alles wat het comfortabel maakt, een staande kapstok, een kledingkast met automatische binnenverlichting, een automatisch toilet, een grote badkamer, we verbleven op de 20e verdieping waardoor je een prachtig uitzicht op Tokyo hebt zowel overdag als 's avonds als je de stad verlichting ervaart, een kroonluchter, een 60 inch smart tv, 2 kingsize bedden met een zitbankje ervoor, een ronde eettafel die verplaatsbaar is, een lang buro, erg helder verlichtbare kamer, ramen kunnen open in kantelstand en alles wat ik verder vergeet

Dat het hotel, het restaurant ofwel de receptie nog nooit van een lunchpakket, ontbijtpakket of hoe je het ook wilt noemen, gehoord heeft. Erg vervelend. We moesten vroeg vertrekken vanwege onze vlucht, waardoor we ons ontbijt zouden missen. Wij vroegen om een lunchpakket. Op al mijn reizen die ik ooit gemaakt heb kregen we een lunchpakket wanneer we niet konden ontbijten. Kennelijk was dit hotel te lui, te egoïstisch of te idioot dat ze zich met allerlei gekke handen- en voeten praat zich eruit probeerde te praten. Met een smartphone, want opeens was engels te moeilijk voor ze.....Heel irritant
