"I didn't get to stay he lied all the way around and I'm very disappointed"

A head reservations and then he told me I didn't have reservations when I got there and I gave him my confirmation number and stuff and he said he still he still said he didn't have it then I asked him well do you have a room and he said I smoke it or not smoking I said smoking he said no he never told me he had three rooms left and then I said well give me non-smoking and he said he didn't have one of those either so he flat out loud and caused me a lot of money and and embarrassment and everything else and I'd like to get my money back I mean you know I'd like conversation thank you
