過馬路就有全家跟藍瓶，樓下有很多餐廳，最重要的是離機場巴士站有夠近 非常方便

Hotel padrão, como a maioria no Japão é bem pequeno, é ok. Porém, comparado aos hotéis de redes japoneses de preço similar não tem tão bom atendimento e vantagens.

Poderiam melhorar a limpeza dos quartos e os produtos de higiene, abaixo da média de outros hotéis.

Die Lage nahe des Bahnhofs Umeda/Osaka Station ist gut. Von Shin-Osaka (Shinkansen Bahnhof) ist man schnell im Hotel.

Trotz Doppelten Fenstern ist die Bahntrasse neben dem Hotel überhörbar und sehr störend. Das Frühstück inkl. Frühstücksraum ist jedoch eine Katastrophe. Mehrere cm dicke Staubschicht am Boden, vermischt mit heruntergefallen Essensresten. Kaffee im Pappbecher, Reis aus dem Portionsautomat, der rund um die Ausgabe einen schwarzen schmierigen Rand hat. Man darf sich aus 4 Frühstückskombis eine Aussuchen. Die bestehen aus Würstchen oder Makrele oder Lachs mit unterschiedlichen Beilagen. Zusätzlich gibt es manchmal Brötchen, oder Joghurt. Was nicht heißt, dass es auch Löffel für den Joghurt gibt. Das Personal nach irgend etwas zu fragen macht keinen Sinn. Es ist genau EINE Person für den kompletten Frühstücksraum verantwortlich. Und die spricht kein Englisch. Hier sieht man, was in einem der gastfreundlichsten und serviceorientiertesten Ländern der Welt passiert, wenn westliche Maßstäbe an Servicequalität und Kosteneffizienz angelegt werden.
