New modern hotel, area at open air near hotel with life music

Location, not in the center

Spotless clean. Individual apartment and 2 mins walk from apartment but dragging big suitcase through gravel (only for 2 mins) to gate) was hard work. I wish the gate was easier sign posted even though just gave all possible signs and directions it was my fault I dragged suitcase all way to lock box whereas you can leave it by beginning of gravel and get key then enter. I checked in late so my fault. Actually 5* great place €1 to Venice centre bus station. Great location xx

A fantastic hotel in Venice! Its location is unbeatable—close to the bus station and requiring very few bridge crossings, which is a huge advantage when travelling with heavy suitcases. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
