Basic stay, not too bad but not good enough. Toilets always have sink drainage issues. Housekeeping forget to replenish supplies everyday No coffee machine in room Room service take long to answer Not very clean overall. For same price , you could find better alternatives in city.

Convenient location and ok hotel. Unfortunately couldn't sleep from the AC strange noices all night, sink is clogged and internet was pretty bad. Breakfast was good.

Right, this is a great hotel with quite a few spots to improve: 1/ breakfast - excellent 2/ room - great, let down by impossible to adjust thermostat 3/ housekeeping - good 4/ Wi-Fi - download speed 2 MBPS, upload 1 MBPS. In 2019! 5/ room service - overpriced, a glass of simple lemon mint fresh drink 32 SAR. WHAT?

"Bad expereince"

The hotel located on a road which is under construction. Reaching the hotel was very combersome. I would ràther know road conditions befor making any reservations. Reception emplyees attitude was poor and carelees of hotel guests..

The room was too small, In spite of the lack of amenities, while the phone service was off and I had to walk up to the front desk every time I wanted a thing, the bed sheets and cover are thick and for winter I had to sleep without a cover and no housekeeping as there are no phone to contact them, the breakfast was cold, I had to complete my stay bcuz the time was too late to change ,, the front desk employees were very respectful i think it was the only thing that I liked, generally, not booking in this hotel again of course.
