From the moment of my arrival, Mr. Junaid welcomed me with a friendly attitude, making me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. His courteous manner, excellent communication skills, and willingness to assist with every request reflected the highest standards of customer service. He handled all inquiries efficiently, provided clear information, and responded promptly to any concerns or requests. His dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. It is employees like Mr. Junaid who create a positive and memorable experience for guests and enhance the reputation of the hotel. He upgraded my room and provided a late checkout with minimal payment. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care deserve special recognition and appreciation. The pool is on 13th floor and was so small

All the staff were friendly and helpful, they were always available to help. The view of the creek was nice and the area was quiet and there were shops close by.

The all inclusive package ment we needed to eat dinner in Morgan’s which is a pub, the food was amazing but as a Muslim I don’t think it’s appropriate that we have to eat in a pub

Staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, excellent service. Facilities are good, gym is excellent & pool, although small, is very nice and has a great view of skyline. Rooms were large, clean & comfortable. We had an all-inclusive stay and it was brilliant; food & drink options were superb. Such a nice stay.

had the best day, i was upgraded and the room was amazing, the staff where excellent and they went above and beyond for their guests. mohammed the head of laundry was absolutely amazing
