Santa Maria La Nova 21 Rooms & Suites

It was a terrible experience!! We booked duplex studio and instead we had a small room with 3 bed. we contacted the property and pointed out that we were in a wrong room and the property after many complain offered us an extra room but asked us ( we have proof) to cancel the reservation, as soon as we refused he verbally assaulted us. The rooms very poorly,many broken furniture and the blankets had strange stains. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Mirko Capolongo was the worst host we have ever come across in our travels. He was arrogant, aggressive and displayed threatening behaviour that no guest should ever have to deal with. Breakfast- what breakfast? There was no breakfast. To get to our room, we had to climb 8 set of stairs so if you have lots of luggage, be prepared. The room was disgusting with dirty linen, full of dust with an unpleasant smell. Mirko accused us of property damage despite everyone on the same floor having the same experience. He just wanted money and did not resolve the issue whatsoever. It was an extremely unpleasant stay so please avoid staying here altogether!

Hi, I’m Roberto and I am very sorry to write this review. I booked a double room for one night (me and my girlfriend) in late July. The location is perfect and the view is beautiful. The host is (or at least I thought) friendly and helpful. I had two problems: 1. Sanitation: sheets and pillowcases were stained and there was only one cover on the pillow. But the real big problem was FINDING a COCKROACH in the BATHROOM (I have photos and videos of this). 2. Guest honesty: OK, I understand that these things can happen. I called the host to tell him what had happened (in the meantime the cockroach had entered the room: first under the bed then in the closet). The host at first didn’t want to believe me. After sending photos and videos, he said "If you stay you get 50% refund. If you go away I’ll refund the total price". I left immediately (there are cameras in the corridors that can confirm this). He hasn’t returned any calls and messages since. It’s been several days and I haven’t received any refunds. I’m really sorry, because the host seemed to be a really lovely person. I still hope that this will work out for the better.

The room is old and dirty. Bed linen with huge holes, when we asked to change it they brought another one with smaller holes. Bathroom is awful. When you take shower the water doesn't go and you cant take proper shower otherwise the bathroom will be flooded. The walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbour going to the toilet. Breakfast is at the café outside the hotel, 1 croissant and cup of coffee.

I loved staying at this Bed and Breakfast, perfect location, very friendly and helpful stuff, lots of places to eat, drink in immediate vicinity. Tall ceelings, big balcony door with great view to an old square and Santa Maria La Nova museum complex

I booked this b&b because they had an airport shuttle but once I paid, they told me that there was no shuttle & they refused to cancel the booking. The Hotel.com representative called them repeatedly but the hotel kept hanging up on him. That was very disappointing. Positives: nice sized room, very nice view of the square, great bar right downstairs so as a solo traveller I didn't have to venture out at night in a dodgy neighbourhood. negatives: false advertising on airport shuttle (my only requirement) & room could have be cleaner. Overall I was satisfied with my stay

Perfekt boende i centrala Neapel! Läget är utmärkt, nära både den gamla delen av staden och havet samt även till tunnelbana. Boendet ligger vid ett litet torg där det finns några trevliga kaféer, barer och restauranger. Frukosten hämtar man på ett av kaféerna (dock lite förvirrande att man hämtar i ena kaféet och sitter vid andra - de samarbetar uppenbarligen). I övrigt är det rejäla rum med tyst och effektiv luftkonditionering. Bra service och lätt att komma i kontakt med ägaren. Som flera nämnt tidigare så ligger det dock på fjärde våningen utan hiss.

This was a perfect little hotel for our quick overnight stop in Naples. The host was fantastic and very friendly, transfer driver was amazing, breakfast was delicious and the room was quirky but comfortable. The 7 flights of stairs up to the room were a bit of a shock, but the host was helpful in carrying one of our luggage bags. Bed and pillows were a little firm for us, but not unbearable. Definitely good value for money, and some great local tips. It was perfect for what we needed!

El host nos recibió muy atentamente y siempre presto a ayudar. El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado. Sin emabrgo, el apartamento esta en el 5to piso y NO hay ascensor, asi que ve preparado a subir 5 pisos. Por otro lado, no esperes un gran desayuno, fue un café con un croassant.
