la situación del Hotel está muy bien está delante de un parque y es al lado de la Gran Vía, la cual tiene muy buena transporte para todo Madrid

El personal del Hotel me atendieron, pero no fueron correctos en recepción mis peticiones incluso éramos varios y pedimos una cama extra, y también hacía ruido y no quisieron atendernos para un cambio

La stanza era grande, sempre in ordine e molto pulita. Nonostante la stanza si affacciava su una piazza molto trafficata, non si sentiva alcun rumore. Lo staff era gentilissimo e immediatamente presente per ogni richiesta. Nel bagno c'è il bidet.

Il bagno ha una doppia porta che garantisce la privacy, ma non c'è la chiave.
