Munich Aparthotel

We chose this location because we were going to Oktoberfest. As far as location, it is perfectly located if you were going to Oktoberfest. It is no more than a five minute walk. Also liked this location because the hotel was tucked away off the street and therefore you didn’t have a lot of noise of people passing by. As far as the room goes. It was clean, but I was disappointed that there were absolutely no towels available or shampoo or tissues. It slept four people, but you are all in one room, so if you don’t like one another, I would not get this room lol. It was a queen size bed, and then two single beds. When we did need something, all we had to do was call the owner and for the most part He would bring us what we needed fairly quickly. I think we would stay there again because our family doesn’t mind being in close quarters but again if you are not that kind of people this may not be for you.

The information and photos that were posted on Expedia do not accurately represent the hotel in person. On Expedia, the place looked very clean and well kept but when we got there, our room was incredibly small for two people (we didn’t have room to place our suitcases). Additionally, everything in the room is incredibly old and smelled like mildew.

Ampie camere, ma la pulizia e lo stato di manutenzione sono inesistenti. Sconsigliata.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage. Das Appartement war OK. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, auch wenn die Bettwäsche bei den Kindern dreckig war. Die Badezimmer Rochen sehr unangenehm, was auch für die 5 Handtücher gilt, die dort zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Die Tür zum Bad quietscht elendich laut, genauso wie die fünfte Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer. Hygieneregeln werden dort nicht eingehalten. Gerade beim Türöffner zu merken. Keine Desinfektion. Gleich beim Reinkommen sass eine Schwabe auf dem Küchentisch. Daraufhin haben wir beschlossen, das Appartement nur als Schlafmöglichkeit zu sehen und sind jeden Tag essen gegangen, sowohl zum Frühstück, als auch zum Abendbrot. Eine schöne grosse Terrasse ist dabei, allerdings waren die Tische und Stühle auch nicht sauber. Die Waschmaschine würde ich nicht nutzen. Sah nicht hygienisch aus. Die stadtnähe macht vieles wieder gut. Mit etwas mehr Sauberkeit, wäre es ein top Appartement. Ich denke, dass man

Due to the Corona virus and due to two deaths in the family, both of which were going to be on the trip, and due to federally mandated travel restrictions, we decided to cancel the trip. I contacted the property owners about six weeks prior to the trip to cancel and receive a refund. They never contacted me back and never offered any refund or, at the very least, any voucher. I would not choose this place.

Poor communication from management, uncomfortable beds, no cleaning supplies. This place looks like a frat house, not like a properly thought out apartment. Don’t recommend it and wouldn’t stay here again.

Small but has all you need, there was 4 of us that stayed. Good Location, 15 min walk from Marienplatz.

We had a comfortable stay. Place had a lot of rooms and toilets which is great for a family of 6. The bathroom also had a bidet, something we found uncommon in germany hehe. However, we found some of the motion sensitive lights a bit uncomfortable, especially the ones in the bathroom, since they would just turn off even if someone was still inside. Overall, place was very clean and spacious

The apartment has great self catering facilities and a washing machine which made it the best aparthotel we have stayed in. The location was very central so was perfect for seeing the sights and getting to and from the main train station. The soundproofing was perfect as we did not have any problems with the noise you can sometimes get in cities. We would definitely stay here again.

Deludente sotto ogni punto di vista: non adatto a famiglie italiane, odori e rumori sgradevoli in qualsiasi orario , pulizia zero, lavandino del bagno otturato, un solo asciugamano per tre giorni, lenzuola vecchie, posizione lontana da qualsiasi servizio, nessun supporto in loco . Le foto non corrispondono a realtà . Pagato tanto per aver avuto poco.
