Free transfer, nice room, comfortable bed, kind and helpful recepcionists.

Poor breakfast selection, and the air conditioning in the room could not be turned off or operated properly.

"Glad we don’t have to go back!"

Shuttle drivers were good and helpful.

Impossible to turn off AC. Laundry app very hard to use and forced us to spend $10 for a $4 wash & dry. Room could use another chair. Shower floor was very slippery - no mat. Will NEVER stay at a Towneplace Suites hotel again!
