USThe front desk staff was so friendly and very helpful, they really made us feel welcome. There was an issue with our door but it was fixed as quickly as they possibly could. That didn't at all take away from our stay. The hotel is very nice, seems new and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean and very roomy, the shower had lots of hot water and pressure.

Where to start, the staff on reception sit in the office area and play on phones entire time, the lady we saw seemed to feel an interruption of her phone was an issue, there was trash overflowing at the front door Breakfast included was a joke we had to get elsewhere, not enough food for all the people and the food there was sausages burnt and bagels stale Me and four children didn't sleep for the two nights there noise of cars racing outside and motorbikes clearly street racing nobody seemed to care about. Price of over $350 a night not worth it stayed in far nicer hotels for less in the area

The room was pretty clean. The desk chair had stains as did the carpet.

Our pull out sofa was the only complaint we had. It didn’t pull out level and was pretty uncomfortable, even for the kids.
