Es gab kein Warmwasser Strom viel Täglich für meherer stunden aus Vor dem Fenster war ein Baugerüst wo ab 7:30 gestemmt wurde ein Bauarbeiter stand bei uns am Balkon Putzfrau wirkte aggressiv und störte beim essen

Bon emplacement

Bon emplacement, mais l’hôtel est en travaux. La chambre avec vue que nous avions réservée était finalement entièrement masquée par des bâches et des rideaux de chantier, sans que nous en ayons été informés à l’avance. Aucune excuse ni geste commercial de la part du personnel. Vu le prix payé, je trouve cela totalement inadmissible.

"El mejor hotel en Nápoles"

El mejor hotel de Nápoles. Volvería siempre y lo recomiendo. Su ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, para ir a cualquier parte caminando o en metro, la estación universita se encuentra a 50 metros. Lugares de interés, restaurantes, supermercados, bares, todo estratégicamente cerca del hotel. Las instalaciones impecables, y super completas. Hay ascensor en el edificio y el acceso es muy cómodo. El personal de la recepción súper amoroso y atento y mención especial a Valentina que todas las mañanas te sirve el desayuno con una sonrisa y buena onda. El desayuno es muy completo y súper rico! Tienen servicio de café y té durante todo el día de manera libre y gratis, un gesto que se aprecia mucho. Me encantó y espero volver !
