Everything about the hotel is fantastic.

Staff were brilliant and breakfast was divine. Room was lovely and clean and bed was so comfortable. Location of hotel is brilliant

From the moment I booked our stay at Palazzo Veneziano, the service was nothing short of incredible. The concierge team went above and beyond every step of the way helping us organize gondola rides, kindly rescheduling when the weather turned rainy, and even managing to secure us a reservation at Gio’s, which was completely booked online. A special mention to Omar, whose professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip truly unforgettable. I can confidently say this was hands down the best concierge and hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is idyllic a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless Venetian charm. The courtyard has a beautiful Middle Eastern touch, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere, while the rooms are spacious, contemporary, and immaculately maintained. We absolutely loved our trip to Venice, and Palazzo Veneziano played a huge part in making it so memorable. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Amazing!!!! The staff is so friendly. Really great area just far enough away from the crowds but still walkable to all the sites! Definitely recommend!

very nice hotel. it was walking distance to the Doge Palace and other sites. they also had a nice breakfast buffet that was reasonably priced

Very clean & staff very friendly.

It was noisy from staff working below our room. The staff in cleaning my room opened my notebook with pages of notes and messed them up. I had to spend time in getting them back in order. They should not have messed with the norebook in the first place. Irema, was very helpful, though, as she was very willing to offer any help. The room had very little room to place suitcases, etc.
