Hotel molto bello Vicino alla metro ed alla stazione di Amstel Sotto c’è il bar oltre alla sala colazione Roof top bellissimo La doccia è in camera con porta a vetro Non c’è privacy così come il lavandino Il wc separato chiuso con porta

Alle 15 siamo tornati in camera ed non era ancora stata pulita Su nostra richiesta poi l’hanno pulita dopo le 18 ma non hanno cambiato le tazze sporche del caffè

Generally the hotel is fine. If you are planning a trip to Amsterdam, I think this location and hotel could be a good option as it is out of the city centre (so is a lot cheaper) but also getting into Amsterdam is very easy. The room was clean, modern. Everything was presentable and comfortable. Had decent enough amenities (as expected for a more budget IHG hotel). Comfy beds, good shower pressure.

Ruby Emma is following the trend of many other new hotels with automated check in. However, most of the time the automated check in doesn't work and you have to go to the person at reception anyway. This also becomes difficult when they don't have a dedicated receptionist, just a staff member moving between the bar and reception. This becomes doubly difficult in the mornings when you need to let them know you are going for breakfast and there are also people needing to check in. Moving on to the staff. Generally rude and not a great attitude. We asked them if we could add breakfast on to our booking and it was like we had asked them to amend our entire booking. They had an offer on to skip housekeeping to get a free drink. When we asked them for this free drink, they reacted as if we were being difficult as if this wasn't an offer they had. Made us very wary to go to the staff if we had any other issues. The breakfast was very average and not worth the price at all. Only eggs as the hot food and muffins, doughnuts, etc. clearly bulk brought from the likes of Costco. They advertise A/C in the room but it does not work properly, it is essentially just a weak fan. They also have covers on the window which is all controlled by an iPad which didn't work most of the time. I think considering the price (when it is not even a centrally located hotel) and the fact that it is now part of the IHG group, it could be a lot better. It does the job if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep at night but from a hospitality standpoint it was not great.

Todo bien del hotel pero no hay calidad precio

Cuando llegué tuve que hacer checking en una pantalla súper pequeña e incómoda me parece inaceptable que a las 12 am cuando uno viene cansado tenga que hacer checking en una pantalla lenta y muy mal puesta , lo peor fue que el recepcionista no estaba haciendo nada y no me ayudó 😕

Excelente. Buena ubicación, cerca del metro y a 15-20min de Amsterdam centraal. Tuvimos una buena estadía
