Fantastic location in Rome Hotel staff were very welcoming and so helpful throughout the whole stay.

The property location was perfect for exploring tourist spots. The rooftop was lovely. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. We felt very taken care of.

I would’ve liked to access YouTube on the television or connect my phone for viewing.

We had a wonderful stay at Martis Palace Hotel with our family of four. We stayed in a Family Suite and really appreciated the extra space, the two bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, thoughtful touches throughout the room, and the excellent air conditioning, which was especially welcome during a warm week in Rome. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. They helped make our visit feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The location is outstanding. Being just steps from Piazza Navona made it easy to explore Rome on foot, and we found ourselves walking to many of the city's most famous sights, restaurants, and neighborhoods. Despite the incredibly central location, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep after busy days of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and the beds were very comfortable, both details that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Rome and would highly recommend Martis Palace Hotel to other families looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay
