The folks at reception were professional and kind. Special thanks to Eric for his exceptional knowledge, management, and assistance. Hotels should have more people like him. The breakfast room was very nice, large and the tasty breakfast had hot and cold options; waffles included! Staff there also great. The bed was very, very comfortable, with clean sheets; room also smelled clean with no artificial fragrance. The AC worked well and no mold detected anywhere. It was quiet in the hallways. I did not get a chance to use the gym but the pool was a decent size and looked clean.
