Puri Mango Hotel

There staff are very helpful

Very run down and not clean. Had to ask for aircon to be cleaned . Had to ask for fresh towels and water. Toilet paper was also on request.

We had a nice stay in Puri Mango. The staff we helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The deco is getting a little old but still loads of life yet.

Ein gutes, sauberes Zimmer in schöner Athmosphäre. Leider war die Dusche entweder richtig heiß oder kalt und es wurde nichts aus der angenehm warmen Dusche nach einer Woche Papua

Nice hotel in the north of Sanur near the beach and ICON Shopping Mall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a burst water pipe in my room at 0500hrs. It was dealt with very professionally and I got moved to a different room very quickly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Sanur!

Quiet hotel close to night market in Sanur

Rooms had a very musty smell, we moved from one room as it was making us feel sick. One day NO WATER at all for shower other days no hot water. Linen dirty, stains on sheets, towels grey. Pool broken tiles. Would never stay here again Southern sanur has more options for accommodation and restaurants

Looks good in photos but very run down. Lighting terrible only one bedside lamp and very poor light rooms dirty and stained. Shower water dribbles out and hopeless to adjust. No breakfast available at the hotel even though it was included in price. I was refunded $15. Aus for breakfast. Under bathroom sink was an empty filthy area. Service poor always had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

Situated the very far northern end of Sanur Beach area so a little far removed from our normal “playing arena”. But good value for money if you want cold air con, clean, comfy beds and friendly staff. The cafe/resto franchise attached to the venue downstairs had excellent pricing and some of the crispy pork belly value variations I have eaten in a long time and all for just $8 AUD per serve! Very close to the new major shopping mall which is an excellent attraction in itself. Jimmys Sports Bar 100m away had all the footy games over the weekend. Wasnt the worst place I have stayed in Bali overall 7.5/10
