Sleep at Phuket

Room not cleaned during my stay. Laundry facilities are do it yourself, this is ridiculous and unacceptable

I was charged for the room when I booked it before arriving. When I arrived they asked that I pay in cash which I did. When I tried to show them the change they couldn't help as I had been charged in my home countries currency. After lodging a complaint with booking.com, I still didn't get my money back after showing receipts for both transactions. I'm not really sure if this was booking.com's error or the hotel. Either way I was still charged twice. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay for a low budget room.

It was difficult communicating with them , and charged the payment twice .

3 nights solo in Phuket old town . Good location . The room was very very small . The window looked out onto an asbestos roof . The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in . The lady at check in was very rude . Some of the other staff were nice enough .

Nothing really.

Where to start. The room was awful. There were no pillow cases on the stained pillows. There was someone’s pubic hair on the toilet. There were dead flies on the floor. The unit was dirty. The view is a roof with leaky drains. The window when opened was filthy. I had booked for 6 nights but checked out after one night and went and paid for another hotel. I requested a refund of the 5 un-used nights which they declined to give me. Wouldn’t recommend and would never stay again

Almpst all the morning one lady it's in the desk, who always smile.

We had some bugs, the bathroom wasn't clean .
