From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor. Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit card payments. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. For security purposes, credit cards used for Non-Refundable bookings must also be presented when checking in. As announced by the Government of Malaysia, effective 1st March 2024, the sales & service tax (SST) for hotel accommodations and ancillary services will increase to 8%, which will be reflected in the final bill settlement. Please pay the tax differences direct to hotel upon check in/check out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
