Gran ubicacion, cerca de centros comerciales, de la vida nocturna y estación MRT. Tambien puedes caminar hasta las torres petronas sin problema.

Desayuno con poca variedad y poca disponibilidad de mesas. Ascensores lentos y wifi no toma en el lobby del edificio por lo que si viajas sin internet tienes que pedir un taxi en el lobby del hotel (3er nivel) y esperar que llegue para bajar porque pierdes la conexión.

Location - very near to KL tower and walkable to Twin tower and other places around. Room - very small and not worth paying for it. no bellboy service, rooms are not as per what you see at the time of booking Breakfast - was amazing with multiple options.

My first night was very unpleasant after arriving from a 7-hour journey. I arrived late at around 10:00 PM and checked into my room as per my reservation. At 3:21 AM, I was suddenly awakened by loud and aggressive knocking on my door. It was the housekeeping manager demanding that I open the door. When I refused, she insisted in a very strict tone, saying, “Open the door.” She then claimed that she had been instructed to clean the room. After I explained that I would not open the door at that hour, she began questioning me about when I had arrived and when I had checked in, which was completely inappropriate and none of her concern. At 3:21 AM, it was neither check-in nor check-out time. Being woken up by such forceful knocking in the middle of the night was extremely disturbing and ruined my first night’s rest. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression of my stay.
