Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time. Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Amsterdam can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site. Please note that reservations of 5 or more rooms are only possible upon request. Different policies and supplements may apply for these reservations. This property is cashless, valid credit card details are asked to hold on file during your stay. A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorization is possible. Please note that breakfast will be served from 07:00 to 10:00 during weekdays, and will be served from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends. After that there is brunch on weekends from 11:00 to 14:00. The city tax will be charged upon arrival. Cleaning service is offered weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra fee when desired.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Our new favorite stay in Amsterdam"

Amenities like laundry, on site breakfast / restaurant, bike rentals, outdoor rooftop patio, fully stocked in room suite with coffee, tea, dishwasher etc. Self cleaning available and able to refresh own towels, pillows and even artwork is swappable.

No outlet in toilet / washroom, bicycles needed servicing so had to exchange several times.

"Massive price issue"

The discrepancy between the booking.com Price and the actual price (aud on booking.com and euros charge) made me extremely unhappy. I will seek legal advice about this if its not sorted
