Only YOU Hotel Atocha

La ubicación es muy cómoda, justo al lado de la estación de Atocha. Las instalaciones están bien, con un estilo industrial agradable, y los elementos disponibles dentro de la habitación resultan útiles. El desayuno buffet nos pareció de MUY muy buena calidad.

Había obras en la puerta del hotel y ruido por la mañana. Además, la gestión del equipaje fue muy mala: dejamos una maleta guardada y, cuando fuimos a recogerla, no la encontraban. Nos pidieron incluso bajar con ellos para buscarla nosotros mismos. Tardaron casi 20 minutos en localizarla, en lugar de disculparse, simplemente nos dijeron que había mucha gente, algo que no esperábamos en un hotel de 4 estrellas. No creo que repitamos, salvo quizá para desayunar.

Rahat lokasyonu iyi , kahvaltıdaki malzemeler taze ve kaliteli. Ben çok çeşit sevmediğim için gayet yeterli idi. Sadece nescafe capsül yerine çekirdek öğüten kahve makineleri olmasını tercih ederdim.

Rooftop restaurant was a bit underserved. Sun shades werw up although there was a heatwave, waited long hours to get a order in.

If you have a city view room, the soundproofing will block out most of the noise from the six lanes of traffic buzzing around Atocha station pretty much all the time. But nothing can completely block out the sound of construction as the city works on installing a new subway station literally right outside the hotel. That work may take months or even another year to complete, and it is being done on the weekends, early in the morning and very late at night. The hotel itself is lovely, with great facilities. My room was comfortable and well-designed, and the location was a convenient walk to the Prado. It's also easy to get to a variety of Madrid locations because the hotel is right next to a subway station that is not currently under construction.
