I booked the Premium Suite for one night (Room 1301). Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The air conditioner was not cold even though I set the temperature to 15°C, which made it very uncomfortable and caused me to sweat while sleeping. In addition, the mini fridge was switched on but was not cooling at all. The room lighting was also too dim, and there wasn’t even a light above the sofa area, making the room feel quite dark.(at night) Considering the price paid for the Premium Suite, I don’t feel that the experience was worth the cost. I hope the management can improve these issues for future guests.
