"場所が良いのが唯一の利点"

場所はとても便利

エレベーターを待つ時間が多すぎる(一機だけでは時間がかかる) 部屋に自分では使わないヘアピンが落ちていた。 上の方(視線の範囲)にホコリが溜まっていた、清掃されているのか疑問。 スタッフの力量にばらつきがあり過ぎてはないか。親切できちんと対応される方もいるが、そうで無い人も居る。 部屋の上下するカーテンの使い方を注意し、その説明するべきではないか、(朝早くから何度も開け閉めする、大きな音がかなり響くことを認識していない人も多い)

赤坂駅からも近く、翌日は溜池山王駅から次の目的地に向かう事が出来た。複数の駅が近いので便利。 コンビニや併設のカフェもあるのでとても良かった。

少しキャビンが暑くてもう少し空調がコントロール出来たらよかった。

私はビジネスのやつを予約したがベッドではなく、低ランクの部屋にアサインされた。後払いだったため、会計時に値引きが行われるかと思ったが、スタッフは気づくことも詫びることもなかった。施設は素晴らしく綺麗で使い勝手も良いが、非常に残念に感じた。
