PTThe staff was exceptional. Very kind, professional and hospitable. I arrived earlier to the hostel and had not slept due to travels, after the first room was clean the staff allowed me to check-in as soon as possible and rest. That was a life saver. Viola in particular was very professional and kind, giving innumerous tips for the city.
The rooms can be a bit hot, otherwise all good for the price. Excellent location!

SGHostel is right in the heart of Rome, next to Termini station which is great. Supermarkets and cheap breakfast nearby.
Room aircon barely functions and is very noisy, water pressure is low, there's no laundry and the closest place charges €20
