Znakomita lokalizacja, tuż przy wieży telewizyjnej. Blisko sklep spożywczy i przystanek tramwajowy. Mieszkanie ciepłe i jasne, mimo że znajduje się w suterenie. Świetna kabina prysznicowa. Spokojna ulica.

Bardzo słabe wyposażenie kuchni - nie było nawet szklanek. Długo czekałyśmy pod domem na klucze, choć odpowiednio wcześnie dałyśmy znać kiedy przyjeżdżamy.
