Me and my friend’s family stayed together in separate rooms and this hotel is perfect for traveling as a group. It’s close to train station, bus stop and convenience stores. Plus staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a well equipped gym and getting access is very easy, just ask the front desk (they even give you a towel and water)

The location is perfect for people looking to travel frequently via train, taxi or bus. There is a convenience store right at the entrance. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are modern and well equipped. House keeping even does your small dishes, thank you.

Buffet had rather limited options but that’s okay. We did not choose this hotel for dining options.

I booked a trip to Tokyo rather last minute for work and there were not a ton of choices given high December season. So while I am not sure I would have chosen this property to begin with, it met my needs well. First, the location is amazing. I like to stay in Ginza and prefer this north side location. My room was silent and comfortable. I didn't use anything in the hotel in terms of facilities or eat breakfast or interact with the staff, so no comment there. I also did not use the kitchen or the washing machine since I only stayed 4 nights.

The room is super cluttered. The size is a large studio apartment but all of the furniture was quite overstuffed and oversized, so it felt very cramped. My room was not cleaned one day. This could be a policy where they don't clean every day, I didn't read the fine print. Overall it was very good for me and happy I chose it, albeit it's nondescript and not super memorable, I had a good experience.
