Gute Lage, gegenüber vom Bahnhof, wenige Gehminuten zum Stachus und zum Augustiner Keller (Arnulfstraße)

Leider keine Klimaanlage(wussten wir zwar vorher) nur ein "Miefquirl" an der Decke. Es war ein extrem heißer Tag, nachts keine Abkühlung, deshalb wenig Schlaf. Fenster öffnen keine Option, da sehr laut von den Umliegenden Kneipen, bzw. Straßenlärm. Das Bad ist geräumig aber wie das Zimmer auch, sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
