The location is very good, it’s close to a variety of public transport options. The beds are comfortable, it’s clean and the staff were friendly.

The lighting in the bedrooms and indeed throughout the property is quite dark. Our shower in room 406, was in a bath and the bath is very high, so quite a jump to get into it. There was also no shower Mat, so it was very slippy when taking a shower. The bar area is also small and limited with seats. The breakfast was just okay, but the scrambled eggs were always cold.

De locatie bij de Hackischer Markt was fantastisch, geweldige omgeving. Ook fijn dat er parkeerplaatsen zijn. Wel tijdig reserveren!

De kamer was relatief donker, verlichting hielp niet echt. In de badkamer kan je je als vrouw slecht opmaken. Daarnaast heel irritant dat badkamerdeur niet open kon blijven, viel steeds hard dicht. Op de 2e dag zijn alleen bedden later in de middag opgemaakt maar er is niet schoongemaakt. Weet dat het tegenwoordig normaal is maar zelf in- en uitchecken blijf ik onpersoonlijk vinden.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was disappointing. Nicely presented but lacking basic things like a toaster, cereals, fresh orange juice, etc.
