The hotel was very clean and cozy, and the location was excellent! The staff were absolutely amazing and helped us with everything we needed. They were incredibly attentive and caring. During our 11-day trip, we stayed at this hotel twice, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed it. On the day we checked out, we left early for an excursion, and when we came back later, the staff kindly allowed us to take our time and get ready before leaving. The breakfasts were outstanding, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un week-ends confortable, l’hôtel est très bien situé nous avons pu faire presque toutes les visites à pied pour le reste le tram est tout proche Nous voulions un établissement propre et nous n’avons pas été déçu et que dire du personnel : au petit soin agréable discret et serviable

The staff!!! Excellent service, so kind and always helpful and attentive. Lovely people. The location is perfect for all of the classic Istanbul sights with fantastic restaurants within a short walk.
