From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff were incredible. I checked in very late and the receptionist upgraded my room to a suite, which I didn't ask for but just goes to show the high standard of service they provide. This was my 3rd Stay in Voco Riyadh but this time my stay was disappointing. I stayed in the North Tower vs South Tower earlier. The room looked old n claustrophobic ie not suitable for a good stay at all.
