Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine. As of July 1st, 2023, cleaning parameters will be in effect as follows. For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware. For more than a 7 night stay - Cleaning the room once a week which includes bed making, towel and night ware change, toiletry replacement, cleaning and emptying waste. i’ve stayed in other Tokyu hotels but i think this location was my fav! love how convenient this hotel is especially if you’re constantly changing clothes, they have washers in the room. this location is great if you like going to ginza for shopping.

"Comfortable and convenient"

Convenient location - around 8-10min walk to the main Ginza area (Loft, Uniqlo, GU). Hotel staff were more than happy to cater to our needs. They patiently helped to sort our luggage for the luggage forwarding service (also provided at the lobby). Hotel room was pristine, spacious enough to open two big luggage. Loved that there’s a water and ice dispenser along the hallway.

"A great option for a family stay"

A great option to stay in Ginza. With 3 convenience stores nearby and also a short walk to Ginza station, great staff. Has a kitchenette and washing machine in the room as well, which really helped us traveling with a kid.

"Perfect location! Only the room are not much space to move around."

Location is fantastic!! Center of everything.. can reach easily to fast food, shopping district and Metro train station. Very convenience! Love it.

Just the room is pretty crowded and small. Once open the two luggages there is no way to walk and squeezing to pass by. But still ok with it!
