Volets intérieurs dans les chambres pas du tout suffisant pour cacher le jour . Il faudrait des rideaux en plus ! ( chambre 321 côté rue )

"Musical Honeymoon"

Great location!! Close to great restaurants, perfect location for going to she classical music concert. Not far from main train station, easy to walk even in very hot temperatures. Hotel room, comfy bed, good shower.

The indoor pool was spectacular and just what you needed when the weather was so hot

The check-in process really let the hotel down because, other than that, I had a great stay. The lady who greeted us seemed uninterested and simply went through the motions. She didn't explain any of the hotel's amenities, such as the pool opening times and location, the gym, or the restaurant. Her attitude wasn't welcoming or engaging, which made a poor first impression. This was particularly frustrating because I went out for the day and didn't return until around 9 p.m., by which time the pool had already closed. As a result, I missed the opportunity to use it on my first day. I later had to go back to reception to ask for all the information that should have been provided during check-in. Credit to the manager who helped me afterwards. He apologised for the experience and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. That level of customer service was much appreciated.
