Close to the train station, easy self-check in, comfortable bed and clean room.

The carpet was a little dingy, but everything else was good.

Ojo no puedes entrar con el coche si no tienes la pegatina, y es un hotel sin nadie que te atienda, todo es digital.

Pros * Good value for money, especially by Munich standards. * Clean and generally well maintained. * Excellent location near the city center, train station, and public transportation. * The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were particularly friendly and attentive.

Cons * I didn’t like that there was no staff on-site. The reception is located at the sister hotel across the street, which was inconvenient whenever we needed assistance. * There was no phone in the room, making it difficult to contact hotel staff. * Housekeeping was inconsistent. Dirty glasses and mugs were left in the room, towels were not replaced, and some of the glassware was already dirty when we checked in. * While the location is convenient, the surrounding area felt a bit rough, especially in the evenings. It appeared there may be a homeless shelter or social services center nearby.

Tout était super. La chambre est très grande ainsi que sa salle de bain. Il y avait des ascenseurs, un frigo et l’air climatisé. À 2 minutes de la gare centrale donc parfait avec des valises pour se rendre à l’aéroport. À environ 20 minutes à pieds du centre.

Personne à l’accueil si on a un problème.

Room and bed were excellent, clean and comfortable. Had automated washer and dryer though the dryer was inefficient

Did not expect this hotel to be a fully automated check-in door from street but it was easy to understand and worked fine. Just don’t expect a registration desk or lobby.

Nice bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed. Good to have a balcony too.

Slight technical hitch with the automatic checking, with no staff to remedy.
