Rivan Palace Serviced Apartments

It was well put together and well maintained. There were towels in the room, as they should be. The TV was modern and working. The room was mostly quiet with modern aircoditioners that were the quietest that I've ever used. I couldn't access heat controls on either unit and the room became a bit chilly. In the end, it was a pleasant stay.

We had booked 3 two-bedroom suites. We prepaid with Expedia, and even had Expedia call the hotel directly to confirm the booking. The hotel blamed their booking software, but I believe they just did not want to pay Expedia's fee so they gave the rooms to someone who booked directly.

I enjoyed my stays in this hotel so much. Good service and nice breakfast! The reception was Mr. Amr. He was very kind and friendly person.

Great stay in a nice location with best service in term of hospitality,breakfast,staff and room quality and space. Near main road khurais and away from traffic. Opposite to stadium and near all services need such as resturant , grocery , shopping ...etc.

All went well. I appreciated the courtesy fruit plate they offered me \but not the 4 large bars of chocolate (because I ended up eating them all and gaining weight!) I could not figure out how to turn on the water heater. I ended up taking a cold shower. I should have called and asked. And they should not have turned it off. Maybe I turned it off accidentally by pressing one of the buttons. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in a superior suite by the way.

Good place for family. The best thing for me was the free breakfast that you feel you live in 5 stars hotel, and every day they provide for you free Arabic coffee. I like this apartment and for sure I will visit it again.

Location is good no crowded nearby main street many resturants coffee shops clinic sweet shop
