"Overall the stay was very pleasant and relaxed."

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and had good facilities in the lobby. The staff were welcoming and very helpful

Room was slightly smaller than expected and no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Wir sind schon etliche Male im IBIS BERLIN Hbf. gewesen und waren jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Wir sind immer "nach Hause" gekommen. Danke Außerdem ist die Lage, wenn man mit der Bahn unterwegs ist, nicht zu toppen!!!!

Auf dem reichhaltigen Buffet gab es keine Trockenpflaumen ( wegen der Verdauung)
