Que no se puede pedir el transporte que ofrece el hotel desde el aeropuerto por WhatsApp 😕 es solo x llamada normal y ya nadie usa ese medio así que sugiero poner una línea de WhatsApp para que recojan al huésped en el aeropuerto y lo lleven al hotel

"The hotel is passable but the morning staff are awful."

The facility was near the airport, and everything looked clean. Y The guy who served us in the afternoon was very friendly

They should give customer service training to the morning shift because the young lady on duty looks at customers rudely and treats them very, very badly.
