Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was interestingly similar to many neighborhoods in the United States. As soon as the rougher (if not ghetto) area around the central train station (Hbf) ended, a pleasant, quiet, and orderly neighborhood suddenly appeared. The location was actually quite good, Marienplatz was only about a 20-minute walk away, and other parts of the city were easily accessible as well. The check-in process went smoothly; they answered my call immediately and provided clear instructions, making the arrival process simple and hassle-free.

The layout was a bit unusual: in a very tight space, you had the main room, then a mini-hall with flooring raised by about 1.5 inches, and then the bathroom, which dropped down again by about 1.5 inches. If you're not used to it or not paying attention, you could easily stub your toes on the transitions between levels.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Lage gut . 15 min zum Marienplatz. Eigentürmerin sehr feundlich.
