"pratique et bien placé"

l'emplacement parfait pour aller au Dome et à la Scala. Superbe terrasse sur le toit et petit déjeuner très très bien.

L'accueil du réceptionniste Lucas qui nous a accueilli de manière tres froide, puis harcelé à plusieurs reprises sur la taxe de pollution qu'il avait oublié de nous compter au check-in. Il nous a appelé dans la chambre après le checkin malgré l'information que nous étions préssé pour nous rendre à l'heure à un apéro à la Scala. Puis en partant pour l'opéra il nous a de nouveau interpelé alors que cela pouvait attendre au plus tard jusqu'au checkout 2 jours après. Bref quelqu'un de très désagréable et pas pro du tout.
