誕生日のお祝いで食事と宿泊をしました。 素敵なおもてなし、ありがとうございました。

食事の際、特別な日を演出していたので、もう少し気遣って欲しかった。 スタッフが気付くのが遅くて、何度も大声で呼ぶハメになっていた。

チェックインの時間までかなりあったのですがコンシェルジュの方の配慮で早くに部屋に入れて暑さに疲れた体にはとてもありがたかった。フライトの関係で夜中のチェックアウトになりましたが早めに部屋に入れたのでゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました。

The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offered stunning panoramic views of Hanoi’s skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the spacious bathroom and high-end amenities added a real touch of luxury. The hotel’s facilities are first-class. What truly sets Lotte Hotel Hanoi apart is its attention to detail. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. Their hospitality transformed an already luxurious stay into a truly memorable one. The location is also excellent, offering convenient access to many of Hanoi’s attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle. I would not hesitate to recommend Lotte Hotel Hanoi to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. It delivers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, world-class service, and unforgettable views. Easily one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in.

I would like the AC to be a little stronger, but it was a particularly hot few days.

아마 10번째 방문인가요? 오랜만에 롯데호텔 하노이를 다시 방문했는데, 처음부터 끝까지 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 특히 Assistant Club Floor Manager Linh Nguyen님께 꼭 감사드리고 싶습니다. 예약 이후 체크인 전 안내부터 숙박 중 응대, 체크아웃까지 모든 과정에서 항상 친절하고 세심하게 응대해주셔서 더욱 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 따뜻하면서도 프로페셔널한 서비스가 정말 인상 깊었습니다. 덕분에 이번 하노이 여행이 더욱 특별하게 기억될 것 같습니다. 왜 많은 분들이 롯데호텔 하노이를 추천하는지 다시 한번 느낄 수 있었고, 다음에 하노이를 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다. 좋은 추억 만들어주셔서 감사합니다.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. What made the experience especially memorable was the atmosphere. As someone who enjoys Korean culture, I genuinely felt as if I was in Seoul. From the ambiance and food to the overall guest experience, there was a distinct Korean touch that made the stay unique and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the hotel offered great value for money. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again in the future.

My wife and I arrived at Hotel Lotte Hanoi after leaving home and travelling for 30 hours. We were greeted at the 59th floor Executive Club reception by Ms. Linh Nguyen and Ms. Ngoc Anh. These ladies were extremely helpful and assigned us a great room on the 58th floor. The service provided by Ms. Nguyen and Ms. Anh and their Club Team for our three day visit, was simply outstanding! Service level at this Club is the best we have experienced, compared to the many hotel executive clubs we have visited over many years of travel. Also extremely helpful during our last morning before checkout was Ms. Thanh (sp). Based upon our experience, we highly recommend the Hotel Lotte Hanoi and it's professional Executive Club Team. We would certainly stay at this property, when we return to Hanoi.
