the location of the hotel was very convenient for us as it is 5 minutes walk to our dental appointment at Bali 911 Dental Clinic. We were greeted by friendly, efficient receptionist who had us checked in quickly and explained about the hotel facilities. Its a terrific initiative to have filtered water available for the rooms to refill water bottles etc rather than the use of plastic bottles. It was very convenient having a small store available on the ground floor to buy water, snacks etc. We had a very comfortable sleep and our room was clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel. The outlook for breakfast by the pool was very nice and the scrambled eggs and omelette prepared by Suarmini were really delicious. Suarmini was so friendly and is a terrific chef. Our waitress Ainia was also helpful and friendly. A hotel stay can be so enhanced by the employees and for us the highlight of our stay was the staff were met whilst we were there. Management should be very proud of these 2 women particularly as they are a huge asset to your team and and made us feel very welcome.
