We stayed one week here and really liked it. The hotel is very good overall. ROOM: large room with bathroom and balcony. There is a kettle, refrigerator, working desk with chair, some space to put your belongings. The balcony is good, smoking allowed at balcony. Bathroom is a bit old fashion but everything working properly. Hot shower available all the time. We were in 6th floor so there is no insects or geckos or any kind of reptiles. If your partner also afraid of geckos choose upper floors. Hotel has wifi with sufficient speed. 100 mpbs download and 65 mbps upload I tested. Which is good. HOTEL: there a restaurant for breakfast. There are free coffee and tea all day available. Good coffee. Hotel has garden area so there is a lot of parking place for cars and bikes. Hotel provides motorbike renting. Hotel also arrange boat tours and several activities around phuket. Prices are good. We did james bond and phi phi islands tour. STAFF: they are very helpful and nice people. Receptionist, restaurant area, cleaners all of them. They are always helpful. They advices us night markets for specific days in specific locations. Thank you for everything if you are reading this 🙏 LOCATION: good location. 5 minutes walking to old town central area. There is a seven eleven across the street and laundry place near to it. Since it is in old town there are many restaurants around.

good location, friendly staff,good value.. excellent coffee.

quite a hard bed, shower was rather difficult because it was over. the bath which was quite difficult to stand in due to the very narrow curved bottom of the bath.

Nice place to stay. Staff amazing and friendly nothing was too much trouble.
