The room is clean and spacious with decent space for a king room.

I think the coffee and tea served in the room could be from a coffee machine instead of packets instead.

Staff constant concern on guests' stay. Always asks for any enquiries or suggestions to hv a good & comfortsble stay.

Fascilities (swimming pool)were closed for upgrading. Webside did not mention on the upgrading durations upon booking for a stay.

Cleanliness & staffs friendly, responsive & professional service. Water pressure was strong with consistence temperature. Walking distance to nearby malls and old street for coffee & food. Location next to CIC is a plus for us. 24 hrs gym & room services.
