"The rooms and the service was great - too bad that the same cannot be said about the breakfast buffet"

The location and the facilities were great

The breakfast buffet service and experience was not acceptable at all. Went in more than an hour before the end of service, but they were out of almost all milk options in the dispensers. Was told that they will serve to the table, but it never arrived (the counter staff looked very confused and didn’t know where the refills were). The roasted potato dish was not edible at all - there was sand as if they haven’t washed the vegetables before cooking. Very disappointing experience - we were in a rush to leave so didn’t get a chance to report this to anyone at the hotel.

"Excellent if the air con was working fine."

It’s very clean and the breakfast is superb.

The air con was a bit noisy. Although we were offered by receptionist to change the room, we find it too troublesome to move the luggage around since it was our last night.
