Как оказалось наш номер находился на цокольном этаже в подвале по сути где нет окон, мрак. Номер как в 2-3 звездочном отеле у меня туалет больше чем у них номер. Администратор отказался за доп плату предоставить номер выше категории. Если номера только портят репутацию отеля. Кошмар из кошмара

"Estafa. El peor hotel por el que he pasado"

El hotel es una estafa. Tiene cartel de 5 estrellas pero una pensión está mil veces mejor. Las habitaciones están sucias: las paredes, las cortinas, los muebles sucios y deteriorados, sábanas y edredones sucios y huele muy mal. El personal de recepción no nos dio solución ni nos ofreció otra habitación y se niegan a dar factura de lo pagado y a devolver el dinero. Yo me he tenido que cambiar de hotel tras tener que dormir vestida la primera noche del asco que me daba todo y con la ventana abierta

Está bien situado pero no es un 5 estrellas yo no le daría ni una. La decoracion es pésima, camas incómodas, almohadas malas, ponen fotos de una decoracion moderna pero no de sus habitaciones minúsculas y camas muy pequeñas. El desayuno de muy mala Calidad y el personal no resuelve tu problema te deja hablando y se van a otra cosa. No hacen factura de lo pagado
