The staff was most welcoming. We were scheduled to arrive after office hours so they called us with instructions on how to enter our room. Parking can be tricky but as long as everyone follows the pattern, it's fine. The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice and well kept. They have everything from bicycles to spare coolers and even beach combing gear for guests to borrow daily. We enjoyed our stay at the Venice Villas very much.

Great find, close to everything, nice pool, clean. We enjoyed using the bikes which was a bonus.

The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable and never saw such a clean bathroom. I can’t say enough about the condition of the VBV’s. however I will say the one employee I engaged with three times was not friendly, interactions were ice cold and uncomfortable. The stay was perfect except for the staff interaction.

Best place to stay in Venice Beach! This villa truly felt like a home away from home. After a long business trip, it was exactly what I needed to fully relax. The space was meticulously clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, a perfect balance of stylish and homey. I loved the fun touches, like the floor-to-ceiling mirror, and the coffee was actually delicious (which isn’t always the case when renting places ☕). Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hospitality of the owners was outstanding—prompt, friendly, and always available for questions. The location couldn’t be better, too. 🌴✨ I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It will always be my go-to whenever I’m in Venice Beach. 🥰

Very warm staff, easy walking to both the beach and downtown. Older units, but lovingly maintained. Very good mattress. Great value for fhe price. Definitely not a lyxurious resort but well worth the mibey.

Location is great 5 minutes from historic area, short walk to beach and everything close. Villa we had (10) lovely and quiet looking onto the pool. Well equipped, clean, option of cooking , comfortable bed and all and more you wish for. Staff very friendly and communication before was fab. Met by Ken, who was friendly and very welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. We returned from last year and will have no hesitation in coming back , you will not be disappointed.ample free parking on site.
